technical support.
Check the following rst.

Has the po
wer switch been just turned ON?(P. 160)
Is the machine in the sleep mode?(P

e the [Paper Jam] or [Paper] Indicators blinking?(P. 160)
Is anything other than "1" displayed?

Do an "E" and a subsequent thr
ee-digit number repeatedly appear on the display?(P. 161)
Is the power switched ON?
Make sure that the power cord is securely plugged into the machine and into the wall outlet.
See the Starter Guide.
Make sure that electricity is supplied from the power cord.
Use another po
wer cord or check to see if the cord is broken using a voltmeter.
Turn OFF and ON the power switch.
See the Starter Guide.
If this works, proceed to " Has the po

Wait a few seconds until the machine starts and warms up.

Make sure that paper is loaded properly in the paper cassette.
