Calibration
In this section you will find calibration instructions for
calibrating:
•Sensor Input
•Remote Setpoint Input
•Analog Output
Instructions are also given for:
•Factory Calibration Recovery
•Calibration Offset
The 2104 controller is factory calibrated before
shipment to you, therefore, it is not necessary to
calibrate the controller when you receive and install
it. Periodic calibration checks or adjustments of the
unit should not be required under normal operating
conditions. Chromalox recommends that you
recalibrate the controller in the following instances:
•all instruments in your facility are periodically
calibrated to one device (metrology)
