Detection
An error is determined with the high-voltage fan motor rotation speed detected by the Hall IC.

Decision
Conditions
 The fan does not start in 15 ~ 30 seconds (depending on the model) even when the fan motor is
running.
 If the error repeats, the system is shut down.
 Reset condition: Continuous run for about 11 minutes (09/12 class) or 5 minutes (15/18/24/30/
36 class) without any other error

Turn on the power.

Turn off the power and
reconnect the connector.
Remove the foreign
