The PVE variants PVEA/H/M/S/U/P and the PVED-CC/-CX has a closed loop control supported by a spool
position sensor that ensures integrity towards flow forces and oil viscosity.

The standard PVE’s are proportional activated actuator except PVEO which is on/off. The PVE’s have fault-
monitoring.
