3. If applicable, connect the MB_SL1 and MB_SL2 connector.
a. To connect the MB_SL1 and MB_SL2 connector, press the connector until it is firmly seated.

Removing an expansion card
Prerequisites
1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in Safety instructions.
2. Follow the procedure listed in Before working inside your system.
3. Remove the expansion card riser.
Steps
1. Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the screw that secures the expansion card to the riser.
2. Holding the expansion card by its edges, remove it from the riser.
NOTE:
Install an expansion card filler bracket over an empty expansion slot to maintain Federal Communications
Commission (FCC) certification of the system. The brackets also keep dust and dirt out of the system and aid in proper
cooling and airflow inside the system.
