295: Settings error
One or more settings could not be updated. Update the setting values and try the update again.
297: Option tag error
The option tag update has encountered an error. Reposition the instruction card and try the
update again.
If the update fails again, it may not be supported by the printer, the function may already be
enabled, or it is not authorized. Contact your service provider for assistance.
298: Option tag success
The option tag update completed successfully. Restart the printer to allow the change to take
effect. If you are adding multiple updates, you do not have to restart the printer until all have
completed successfully.
299: Image error
The image selected for the initialization screen cannot be used. Use a black/white image size of
256x64x1.
323: Insert cleaning card
1. Insert cleaning card into exception slot of multihopper.
2. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printer’s user button or click OK.
329: Multi-hopper eject error
The multi-hopper failed to eject a card.
1. Remove the output hopper and remove the card that failed to eject, if present.
2. Remove all cards from the output hopper.
343: Unload hopper 1
Remove all cards from the output hopper 1.
344: Unload hopper 2
Remove all cards from the output hopper 2.
345: Unload hopper 3
Remove all cards from the output hopper 3.
