3.7 Confirming Magnetron Heater Voltage
Magnetron heater voltage is adjusted at the factory. However, confirm that it is
within the prescribed rating.

1. Press [RADAR MENU] [0] [0] [0] [2] [0] to open the INITIAL SETTING2 menu.
2. Press [5] to select the 5. SCANNER STOPPED field and the TX option.
3. Disconnect connector P821 from the scanner unit.
4. Turn off the antenna switch in the display unit.

5. Turn off screen brilliance.
6. Measure voltage between pins #12(+) and #5(-) on connector P801 on the
RFC Board (03P9243) in the scanner unit.
7. If the voltage is not within the rating shown in Table 3-2, adjust potentiometer
VR1 on the RFC Board.
