Set Ihe axle holder of the sl ider in a vise with a piece
of wood or soft jaws to avoid damage.
Loosen the center

If a PIston base is Push the fork damper out from the slider until the
nol available, refer lock nut is fully exposed and install the piston base
to the next st ep fO or mechanic's stopper tool between the axle holder
