LIGHTS/METER/SWITCHES
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
(After '07)
Remove the front visor (page 3-6).
Remove the vertical beam adjusting sc r ew, spring,
mounting sc r ews and headlight unit.
Installation is in the rever se order of removal.
TORQUE:
Headlight mounting scre w:
0.7 N'm (0.1 kgf -m, O. 5Ibf.ft)
Ad just the headli ght aim (page 4-31)'
TAIL LIGHT
INSPECTION

Start the engine and check the t aillight il lumination.
If any LED does n ot turn on, replace the tail light
unit.
REMOVALIINSTALLA TION
R emove the fol lowing:
- Seat (page 3-3)
- Side covers (page 3-3)
Disconnect the
tai llight wi re connectors.
Remove the screws and
wire clamps.
Remove the screws, stay and taillight unit.
Installation is in the reverse or der of removal.
TORQUE:
Ta illight mounting s crew :
4.2 N·m (0.4 kgf ·m, 3.1 Ibf.ft)
Ta illight wire clamp sc rew :
0.7 N·m (0.1 kgf ·m, 0. 5Ibf.ft)
