Change the engine
oil with the engine
warm
and rhe
motorcycle on level
ground
to assure
complete dr8ining.

E NGINE OIL & FILTER CHANGE
Remove the left engine guard (page 3-5),
Start the engine and let it idle for 3 minutes.
Stop the engine and wait 3 minutes.
Support the motorcycle upright on a level surface.
Remove the oil filler cap/dipstick.
Place an
oit pan under the engine to catch the oil. 1 ;--:} ;--! ~~~~~~~~~3~ EEl
Remove the engine oil drain bolt and sealing
washer.
Drain the
engine oil.
10 Operate the kickstarter pedal five times or more
while pushing the engine stop switch, so the
engine oil comp letely drains.
Remove the bolts, oil filter cover and O-ring .
Remove the oil filter and spring.
