NOTE: If you change the paper size ensure that you have loaded the correct paper.
b. From the pop-up menu, choose Paper Type/Quality, and then choose the option that provides the
best quality or maximum dpi.
4. Select any other print settings that you want, and then click Print.
Print on envelopes
To print envelopes (Windows)
1. Load envelopes in the tray. For more information, see Load paper.
2. From the File menu in your software, select Print.
A Print window opens.
3. In the window, select your printer.
4. Specify the number of copies you want to print.
5. Click the Page Setup button to open the Page Setup window.
6. Choose the Landscape orientation.
7. From the Paper tab, choose an envelope type from the Paper size drop-down menu.
8. Click OK to close the window.
9. Click Print or OK to begin printing.
To print envelopes (OS X)
1. From the File menu in your software, choose Print.
2. Make sure your printer is selected.
3. Select the appropriate envelope size from the Paper Size pop-up menu.
If you do not see options on the Print dialog, click Show Details.
NOTE: If you change the Paper Size ensure that you have loaded the correct paper.
4. From the pop-up menu, choose Paper Type/Quality, and verify the paper type setting is set to Plain
Paper.
5. Click Print.
Print photos
You can print a photo from either a computer or a USB ash drive. However, an encrypted USB ash drive is
not supported.
Photo paper must be at before printing. Do not leave unused photo paper in the input tray. The paper might
start to curl, which could impair the quality of your printout.
CAUTION: Do not remove the ash drive from the printer USB port while it is being accessed by the printer,
which can damage the les on the drive.
