Before removing the hard drive, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 30).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover and Rubber Foot Kit on page 31).
3. Disconnect the battery (see Battery on page 34).
Remove the hard drive:
1. Disconnect the hard drive cable from the system board ZIF connector (1).
2. Lift up the connector side of the hard drive (2), and then remove the hard drive from the computer (3).
