Before removing the solid-state drive, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 30).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover and Rubber Foot Kit on page 31).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 34).
Remove the solid-state drive:
1. Remove the cover from on top of the drive (1).
2. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 3.0 screw (2), and then pull the solid-state drive module from the socket (3).
Reverse this procedure to install the solid-state drive.
