Power button board
NOTE: The power button board spare part kit does not include the power button board cable. The power
button board cable is available using spare part number L51094-001.

Before removing the power button board, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 30).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover and Rubber Foot Kit on page 31).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 34).
Remove the power button board:
1. Disconnect the cable from the ZIF connector on the power button board (1).
2. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 3.0 screw (2) that secures the power button board to the computer.
3. Rotate the inside of the board up, and then lift it out of the computer (3).
Reverse this procedure to install the power button board.
