(1) Changing procedure between single phase 100 to 120V and 3-phase 200 to 240V
(Possible for 3-phase 220V type only)
It is posible to perform changeover of single phase
100 to 120V and 3-phase 200 to 240V by changing
two points below.
(1) Replacement of the power cord
(2) Replacement of the changeover connector of
FLT circuit board
1. Turn OFF the power with the power switch after
confirming that the sewing machine has
stopped.
2. Draw out the power cord from the power
receptacle after confirming that the power switch
is turned OFF. Then wait for 5 minutes or more.
3. Remove three screws fixing the rear cover of
control box and slowly open the rear cover.
[When changing from 3-phase 200 to 240V to
single phase 100 to 120V]
(Caution) When the changing procedure is
wrong, control box is broken. Be very
careful.
(1) Replacememnt of the power cord
Change the power cord to JUKI genuine Part
No. (M90355800A0) and earth cord
(M90345800A0).
(2) Changing the changeover connector
Change 100/200V changeover connector of FLT
circuit board 1 located at the upper side of the
right-hand side as observed from the rear cover
to 100V.
(3) Confirming the change
Confirm that the change has been performed
without fail.
[When changing from single phase 100 to 120V
to 3-phase 200 to 240V]
(Caution) When the changing procedure is
wrong, control box is broken. Be very
careful.
(1) Replacememnt of the power cord
Change the power cord to JUKI genuine Part
No. (M90175800A0).
(2) Changing the changeover connector
Change 100/200V changeover connector of FLT
circuit board 1 located at the upper side of the
right-hand side as observed from the rear cover
to 200V.
(3) Confirming the change
Confirm that the change has been performed
without fail.
4. Be careful not to allow the cord to be caught
between the rear cover and the control box main
unit, close the rear cover while pressing the
lower side of the rear cover. Then tighten four
screws.

Connect wiring inside the power switch as shown
below.
200V wiring
100V wiring (Caution) For the machines manufactured
in and after 2004, connect WHITE to
BLACK, and for those manufactured
before 2004, connect WHITE to RED.
