WARNING
q When stopping the machine, select flat hard ground
and avoid dangerous places.
If it is unavoidably necessary to park the machine on a
slope, place the parking brake lever in the LOCK posi-
tion and insert blocks underneath the track shoes. As
an additional safety measure, thrust the blade into the
ground.
q If the work equipment control lever is touched by acci-
dent, the work equipment may move suddenly, and
this may lead to a serious accident. Before leaving the
operator's seat, always operate the work equipment
lock lever and parking brake lever to place it securely
at the LOCK position.
1. Stop the machine. For details, see “STOPPING MACHINE (3-100)“.
2. Set parking brake lever (1) to the LOCK position (L) and
apply the parking brake.
3. Move blade control lever (2) to the LOWER position (L),
and lower the blade to the ground.
