GREASE DOOR HINGE 4
(Machines equipped with cab)
If the door makes a squeaking noise when it is opened or
closed, spray lubricant in through the split in the hinge bushing.
If the bushing is worn, replace the hinge.
CHECK DOOR LOCK STRIKER 4
(Machines equipped with cab)
If wear (A) of the door of lock striker exceeds 0.5 mm (0.02 in),
replace the striker. If it is used as it is, the play will increase
and this may result in breakage of the hinge or door lock.
REPLACE DOOR DAMPER 4
(Machines equipped with cab)
If depth (A) of the groove of door damper rubber (1) is less than
2 mm (0.08 in), replace the damper.
There are 4 dampers: 1 each at the top and bottom on the left
and right doors.
