CAB TILT OPERATION
CAUTION
Carry out the tilt operation on flat ground.
When the cab is tilted up, hold it in position securely in with the lock bar.
When lowering the cab using the tilt cylinder, do not lower the oil pressure suddenly. Adjust the lowering speed to lower the
cab.
Do not enter or leave the cab when the cab is tilted up.
To prevent interference between the cab and the dump body (machine) when operating the cab tilt, set the machine straight.
The lock bar is on the right side inside the engine hood. After using it, always put it back in the original place.
WHEN USING CRANE
1.
Remove pin (1) in the mount at the rear of the cab, and insert
it in hole (3).
2. Fit the hanging tool to hooks (4) (both left and right) installed to
the cab mount and raise the cab.
3.
After tilting up, fixed the cab in position with lock bar (5).
4. After returning the cab to its original position, insert pin (1) in
hole (2).
