Replacing Idle Gear Bushing

(When removing)
1.
Using an idle gear bushing replacing tool (see page
S-69),
press
out the used bushing.

(When installing)
1.
Clean a new idle gear bushing and idle gear bore, and apply
engine oil to them.
2.
Using an idle gear bushing replacing tool, press in a new
bushing (service parts) to the specified dimension. (See figure.)
