Checking Fuel Level
1.
Place
the
machine
on
a
flat
surface (level
the
engine).
2.
To check
the
fuel level, remove the fuel
tank
cap
(1).
3,
Check
to
see
that
there
is
sufficient fuel.
4.
If
necessary. supply
the
specified
fuel
until
the
proper level
is
reached.
A CAUTION
• Before refueling, stop
the
engine and
wait
until
it
cools
down.
• Wipe up any
spiltfuel
immediately
.
• IMPORTANT
•
Use
the
specified fuel.

Checking Engine Oil
level
1.
Place
the
machi ne on a
flat
surface (level
the
engine).
2.
Check
the oil level before starting the engine
or
wait
at
least 5 minutes
after
stopping
the
engine.
3.
Unscrew the oil level dipstick (1),
wipe
it
clean,
then screw
it
in
again well.
4.
Remove
the
gauge again and check
that
the
oil
level
is
between
the
upper (a) and
lower
(b) Iim'lts.
5.
If
the level
is
too
low,
supply fresh oil
until
the
specified level
is
reached .
• IMPORTANT
•
Use
the specified engine oil.
Refer
to
"LUBRICANTS AND FUEL".

•
When
using
new
oil
of
a
different
maker
or
viscosity
from
the
previous one, drain all used oil.
Never
mix
two
different
types
of
oil.
