10. Daily Switch-On
11. Cup-Warmer (where is present)
CAUTION: do not put any cloth on the cup-
warmer.
12. Heating phase
During heating, if one of the coffee dispensing switches
(2) is pressed, the machine dispenses a coffee at the
temperature reached at the time.
Heating is completed when the boiler gauge indicator (10)
remains stable in the green area.
Place only coffee cups, cups and glasses to be used in
conjunction with the coffee machine on the cup-warming
plate.
Ensure that the coffee cups are completely drained before
placing them on the cup-warming plate.
No other objects shall be placed on the cup-warming plate.
Press the button (13) and check to see that the light turns on.
The machine is now ready to dispense coffee, steam and
hot water.
To make sure that the dispenser unit and the lter holder
(8) are at similar temperatures, turn the coffee dispensing
switches (2) and let the machine dispense coffee for a
few seconds. Then turn the knobs (2) counter-clockwise
to stop dispensing.
“Before using the machine make sure that:
the main electricity supply ON/OFF switch
is ON;
the water supply and water softener taps
are open.”
Turn the main switch (1) to position 1.
If the water level in the boiler is below the minimum level,
the automatic level indicator light (9) lights up, and the
boiler is lled up to the optimal level (indicator light 9 OFF).
Turn the main ON/OFF switch (1) to position 2.
“Heating” now begins.
At the end of the day, turn the machine OFF by turning the
main ON/OFF switch (1) to position 0.
13. Delivery of the coffee
Remove the lter holder (8), empty out any coffee grouts
and ll it up with 1 or 2 servings of ground coffee, depending
on the lter holder used.
Press the ground coffee in lter down uniformly, using the
grinder/doser presser.
Remove any residues of ground coffee from the lter rim.
Fit and tighten the lter holder (8) on the coffee dispenser
unit, positioning the cup (or cups) under the nozzle (or
nozzles) of the lter holder (8).
Turn the coffee dispensing switch (2) to position “1” for
dispensing.
When the required serving is complete, stop dispensing
by rotating the knob (2) to position “0”.
Do not remove the coffee lter before the
coffee dispensing has completed.
