Stopping the power tilt/sliding sunroof
during Express-operation
왘 Move the sunroof switch in any
direction.
Synchronizing the power tilt/sliding
sunroof
The tilt/sliding sunroof must be
synchronized
앫 after the battery has been
disconnected or discharged
앫 after the tilt/sliding sunroof has been
closed manually (
컄 page 389)
앫 after a malfunction
앫 if the tilt/sliding sunroof does not open
smoothly
왘 Switch on the ignition (컄 page 33).
왘 Move and hold the sunroof switch in di-
rection of arrow 1 (
컄 page 242) until
the tilt/sliding sunroof is fully raised at
the rear.
왘 Hold the sunroof switch for
approximately 1 second.
왘 Check the Express-open feature
(
컄 page 243).
If the tilt/sliding sunroof opens
completely, the tilt/sliding sunroof is
synchronized. Otherwise repeat the
above steps.

If the movement of the tilt/sliding
sunroof is blocked during the closing
procedure, the tilt/sliding sunroof will
stop and reopen slightly.
