6-1 Troubleshooting CPU Unit Errors
This section describes how to troubleshoot errors that occur in the CP1E CPU Units.
Use the following procedure when an error occurs.
The type of error that occurred can be determined by checking the indicators on the front of the CPU
Unit or by using the CX-Programmer.
Refer to 6-1-5 Types of Errors for details on the types of error status.

Implement countermeasures
Identify the error
Take measures to eliminate the error that occurred and to
prevent it from occurring again.
Identify the error from the indicators(refer to 6-1-5 Types of Errors)
or use the CX-Programmer to read the error status.
Check the indicators on the front of the CPU Unit or use the CX-
Programmer to read the error status.
