7.3.3. Packaging Process
Place the module into the carrier tape and
use the cover tape to cover it; then wind
the heat-sealed carrier tape to the plastic
reel and use the protective tape for
protection. 1 plastic reel can load 250
modules.
Place the packaged plastic reel, humidity
indicator card and desiccant bag into a
vacuum bag, vacuumize it.
Place the vacuum-packed plastic reel into
the pizza box.
Put 4 packaged pizza boxes into 1 cartoon
box and seal it. 1 cartoon box can pack
1000 modules.
