With a compact profile of 29.0 mm × 32.0 mm × 2.4 mm, EC21 series module can meet almost all
requirements for M2M applications such as metering, tracking system, security, router, wireless POS,
mobile computing device, PDA phone, tablet PC, etc.
EC21 series module is an SMD type module which can be embedded into applications through its 144
pins, including 80 LCC pins and 64 LGA pins.
