PTIONAL ACCESSORIES
EXTERNAL SYNC
This non-isolated input is used to synchronize the inverter output with a suitable signal coming from an external source. It is
located on the rear of the UPS (see “Auxiliary contacts section”).
To install:
use an isolating transformer with single-phase isolated output (SELV) in the range 12-24VAC rated 0.5VA
connect the transformer secondary to terminals 1-2 “EXTERNAL SYNC" (see "Auxiliary contacts section" ) with a
double insulation cable with 1 mm2 section. Caution: respect polarisation as indicated in the following image. Pole 1 of
the terminal is marked with a label.
After installation, enable this option by means of the configuration software.
EXTERNAL TEMPERATURE SENSOR
This NON-ISOLATED input is used to detect temperature inside a remote Battery Box.
Use ONLY the kit provided by the manufacturer: use which does not observe the specifications may cause the
equipment to malfunction or fail.
For installation, connect the cable contained in the special kit to the "EXT BATT TEMP" connector (see "Auxiliary contacts
section") following the instructions contained in the relative manual.
After installation, enable this external temperature measuring function by means of the configuration software.
REMOTE PANEL
The remote panel allows you to monitor the UPS from a distance and thus have a detailed, real-time overview of machine
status. Using this type of device, network, output, battery measurements etc. can be viewed and any alarms detected.
For details related to use and connections, refer to the appropriate manual.
SECOND BATTERY CHARGER
The standard version of the UPS has only one battery charger board, with a maximum charging current of 25A. However, the
charging current can be increased to 50A with a second board. A kit is available for the second board.
