This product needs to be returned to the SMC factory for repair and
maintenance.
Essentially, on-site repairs and maintenance cannot be offered.
z
Obtain the form “Request for Return” from our sales branches. The
purpose of this form is to ensure that the returned product is safe. Fill in
the form, sign, and send it to our sales branches before returning the
product.
The contents of form will be checked, and you will be informed whether
or not the return is acceptable.
z
It is recommended that you prepare a back-up product to minimize
machine downtime during repairs and maintenance.
z It is recommended to transport the product in an original packing
box specific to the Thermo Electric Bath.
z Drain the liquid from the liquid bath completely and clean and dry
the product before returning it to the SMC factory for repair and
maintenance. Any liquid left in the product could cause damage to
the equipment during transport.
