<Countermeasure>
Make sure that the voltage supplied to the control power
(C24V) of the controller is appropriate.
Caution
If one power supply is commonly used for the control power
and the motor power, or the power supply is inrush current
restraining type, a power voltage drop may be caused due to
a voltage drop during the acceleration/ deceleration.
