5.2 Usage of Performance Tables and Diagrams _________
The influence of the different variables on the flight performance is shown in the
tables and diagrams. This allows for good flight planning when the pilot knows
all outside influences and available information.
Good flight planning, good maintenance of the motorglider and good pilot
experience will cause the actual performance values to be near to the values
given in this operating manual.
When planning a flight, always estimate the values from the tables and
diagrams to the safe side. This way unknown influences (slightly different
aircraft configuration, turbulence, or other influences) can be considered.
