CHASSIS
•
Remove
the
front
fork
stabilizer
by
removing
the
screws.
•
Loosen
the
front
fork
upper
and
lower
mounting
bolts,
left
and
right.
•
Remove
the
front
forks,
left
and
right.
•
Remove
the
rubber
cap,
stopper
ring
and
front
fork
cap.
NOTE
To
remove
the
stopper
ring,
it
will
be
necessary
to
push
the
front
fork
cap
inwards
..
to
remove
the
spring
pressure
from
the
stopper
ring.
•
Remove
the
spacer,
spring
seat
and
spring
out
of
the
inner
tube
•
Invert
the
fork
and
stroke
it
several
times
to
let
out
fork
oil.
•
Hold
the
fork
inverted
for
a
few-minutes
to
drain
oil.
•
Remove
the
dust
seal
and
oil
seal
stopper
ring.
