CAUTION:
Be sure
to
identify
each
removed
part
as
to
its
location,
and
lay
the
parts
out
in
groups
designated
as
"No.1",
"No.2",
"Exhaust",
"Inlet",
so
that
each
will
be restored
to
the
original
location
during
assembly.
NOTE:
*
When
removing
rocker
arm
shaft,
remove
the
rocker
arm
shaft
set
bolt
(i)
and
plug
@}
and
screw
8
mm
bolt
into
the
rocker
arm
shaft
end
and
pull
it
out.
*
Tighten
the
set
bolt
(i)
and
plug
@
to
the
specified
torque.
*
Removal
of
valves
completes
ordinary
disassembling
work.
If
valve
guides
have
to
be
removed
for
replacement
after
inspecting
related
parts,
carry
out
the
steps
shown
in
valve
guide
servicing.
Tightening
torque

Using
special
tools,
compress
the
valve
springs
and
take
off
the
two
cotter
halves
(i)
from
valve
stem.

Valve
lifter
09916-14910:
Valve
lifter
attachment
09916-84510:
Tweezers
Take
out
the
spring
retainer,
inner
and
outer
springs.
Pullout
the
valve
from
the
other
side.
