4.7 Other Connections
4.7.1 Auxiliary output contact
Two groups of auxiliary output contact are available on Energier Apollo. The default setting of this
auxiliary output contact is battery low voltage. It will activate once the voltage has been detected
dropping to preset level. This auxiliary output contact can be used for load management or other
function.
However the contact can be programmed for all kinds of other applications, for example as a starter
relay for a generator, user can set programmable relay as AGS on Rapconfig software with PC. Also
the auxiliary output contact can be configured to control external cooling fan with programmed for
“Fan running”.
Through LCD panel or Rapconfig, other functions can be configured for these contacts. The
maximum contact load is: 30VDC 2A
4.7.2 Dry input
The Auxiliary input is connected by default with a short-circuit wire for EPO (emergency power off)
control. After the wire is removed, Energier Apollo stops working. If there is no special case, do not
remove the wire. Auxiliary input can be connected an external normal closed switch for EPO.
