H Hanning, Kaiser--Bessel, and Blackman--Harris Windows. These windows
have various resolution bandwidths and scallop losses (see figures 3--56,
3--57, and 3--58). Choose the one that best allows you to view the signal
characteristics that you are interested in. The Blackman--Harris has a low
amount of energy leakage compared to the other windows. The Hanning has
the narrowest resolution bandwidth, but higher side lobes.
