Note that the AVC1 is not available outside of Tektronix. Other equipment can be substituted but it might not have sufficient accuracy to guarantee the
specifications. For Hum insertion, a general-purpose sine wave generator can be used to terminate and drive back into the video signal through appropriate
impedance matching.
