Caller ID operation
Delete the call log entries
To delete a call log entry:
When the telephone is idle, press CID/ to enter
the call log.
If NEW CALL FIRST is selected in the CALL LIST
ORDER menu (page 17) and there are new calls in
the call log, press CID/ repeatedly to scroll through
the new missed call log entries until the screen shows END OF LIST. If you
want to continue reviewing the old entries, press CID/ to show the oldest
call and then press DIR/ or CID/ to scroll through all caller ID entries in
chronological order.
- OR -
If BY TIME is selected in the CALL LIST ORDER menu (page 17), the
telephone will show the caller ID entries starting with the oldest call. Press
DIR/ or CID/ to scroll through the caller ID entries.
Press REMOVE to delete the currently displayed entry. The screen shows
the next entry in the call log.
Press FLASH to exit.
To delete all call log entries:
When the telephone is idle, press and hold
REMOVE. The screen displays REMOVE ALL?
Press REMOVE to conrm and delete all entries
from the call log. The telephone returns to idle
mode. Once deleted, entries cannot be retrieved.

Press FLASH to exit.
