BLEEDING PROCESS
- Check the brake fluid level at the brake fluid reservoir. Add the missing volume of
brake fluid into the brake fluid reservoir up to max. level.
- Remove plugs from vent screws of front driving (screws are located on the upper
surfaces of final drive housings).
- Slide the hose on the vent screws and put the other end of hose into the
transparent reservoir partially filled with brake fluid. Place the reservoir minimally
300 mm above the vent screw. The vent screw must be permanently under
pressure to avoid aerating of brake system through the screw threads.
- Left and right brake is bled simultaneously.
- Loosen the vent screw maximally by 1/4 turn.
- Press fully latched brake pedals up to stop and tighten the vent screw.
- Release the brake pedal and repeat procedure so long until the clear brake fluid
without bubbles flows out from the hose.
- Tightened the vent screws by torque
0,8 - 1,2 Nm. after bleeding of front
driving axle brake system.
- Check the brake fluid level in the
brake fluid reservoir when bleeding to
avoid aerating of the brake system.
- Keep the hose end permanently under
brake fluid level.
- Reservoir needs to be kept in the
highest possible position.
- The brake fluid must be completely
exchanged in the whole brake circuit
minimally after two years.
