35Dialog 4224 Operator
Incoming Calls
Absence information (Message Diversion)
Absence information for an extension can be activated either from
the operator terminal or at the telephone. When a called extension
has activated an absence information and the call is diverted to the
terminal, a single tone is heard.
Display examples:
Diverted external call to extension 206.
Diverted internal call to extension 206.
ê
Press to answer the call.
< Speech key lamp is switched on and you are connected to the
calling party.
Give the information to the caller.
Ò < Clear Press.
The terminal is cleared.
Note: The activated absence information can be bypassed,
see section Bypassing” on page 46.
