Drain the engine oil
1.
Turn off the engine.
2.
Place an oil drip pan underneath the engine.
3.
Remove the drain plug (A).
4.
Drain the used oil completely.
5.
Screw the cleaned drain plug back in with a
new seal ring.

Replace the oil filter (A) with every oil change.

1.
Turn off the engine.
2.
Remove side panel.
3.
Before removing the oil filter, clean the
surrounding surfaces.
4.
Unscrew filter cover (A).
5.
Loosen the filter cartridge (C) from the guide
(D).
6.
Catch any escaping oil.
7.
Change the filter cartridge (C).
8.
Clean any dirt from the sealing surfaces.
9.
Replace the seal ring (B), lightly oil the new
seal ring after fitting.
10.
Fit filter cover (A) and screw in tightly to a
torque of (25 Nm).
11.
Check filter attachment for leaks.
