2.17.1 Three-point linkage wear limits
IMPORTANT:
The three-point linkage must be checked for wear before each use! If a component or assembly has
reached its wear limit, it must be replaced by an authorized dealer workshop.
Only use original FENDT parts!
Lower link
Balls
Lower limits:
Cat 2: x = 55.75 mm
Cat 3: x = 63.75 mm

Lower link hook and balls
1. Insert the ball sideways in the direction of the
arrow.
Ensure that the ball is resting on the locking
pawl.
2. Measure distance x1.
Minimum protrusion:
Cat 2 = 2.5 mm
Cat 3 = 0 mm
3. Repeat the process in the opposite direction.
4. If the minimum protrusion is not reached on
one or both sides, repeat the process with a
new ball.
5. Dispose of the old ball when the correct value
is reached.
6. If the minimum protrusion is not reached with
the new ball either, the lower link hook must be
replaced.
