• The following dialog appears if the Internal Compact Flash in
the PanelView Plus Logic Module is corrupt or invalid. This is a
fatal error
After pressing OK, you will be asked to power of the terminal
and insert a valid 6189-RWx Internal Compact Flash card.
Restarting in Configuration
Mode
If the PanelView Plus is configured to run an RSView ME .mer
application and you need to enter configuration mode, use the
following procedure.
To enter Configuration Mode while an application is running:
• press the Goto Configuration Mode button on the application
screen
To enter Configuration Mode at startup:
1. On a Keypad terminal, hold down the Shift key.
On a Touch Screen terminal, tap the screen multiple times.
The following screen appears.
2. Press the Continue button to access the Configuration Mode
screen.
If you are unable to enter confguration mode even after pressing the
Continue button, the firmware may be corrupted. Reload the
firmware. See page 8-13.
TIP
Begin pressing or tapping when the startup messages
have completed and when the first cursor appears.
