The display remains black
No power supply
Switch on the circuit breaker
The power level cannot be
switched on
The circuit breaker (-QB1) is
switched off
Switch on the circuit breaker
No communication to the
backend
No connection via Ethernet or
mobile network
Check the connection of the
Ethernet network (-XF2).
Start the charging station in
diagnostic mode and use the
diagnostic tool for further fault
localisation.
Charging not possible
Error in the configuration of the
charging station
Start the charging station in
