2.3 Connecting the Printer
You will need a serial cable to connect your computer to the Printer's
RS232/RS422 serial interface connector. Connect your Printer's cables as
outlined below.
1. Make sure both the Printer and host computer are turned off.
2. Plug the serial cable connector securely into the Printer's serial connector
and then attach it to the connector.
3. Plug the other end of the cable into the computer's serial interface.
NOTE: An optional parallel port is available. See your retailer for details.
