b. Press to select Off.
c. Press Set to apply the changes.
• If your administrator only enables the feature key synchronization (FKS) on your extension:
a. Press the Off softkey to deactivate call filtering.
b. Press to exit.
Check Assistant List as an Executive
You can access the Assistant List menu on the phone to check the assistants that have been assigned to you.
The menu also shows the Opt-in/Opt-out status of the assigned assistants.
Before you begin
Your administrator has assigned at least one assistant to you.
Your administrator has configured your extension to connect to the XSI BroadWorks server. Otherwise, the
menu Assistant List doesn't display on the phone.
Your administrator has enabled alphanumeric dialing. Otherwise, you can't make a call to an assistant from
the assistant list.
Procedure
Step 1 Do one of the following actions:
• If your administrator has programmed the Executive function on a line key, the phone shows the Executive
together with the call filtering status (On or Off) on the main screen. Press the line key.
• If you do not have the Executive function that is configured on a line key:
a. Press Applications .
b. Select Executive .
Step 2 Select Assistant List.
The Assistant List screen displays a maximum of 10 assistants on the phone.
If your administrator configures more than one executive on the phone, then the screen only displays the
assistants of the first available executive.
Step 3 (Optional) If you want to make a call to one of your assistants, then highlight the assistant's phone number,
and press Call.
