Chapter 1 Overview
Table 1-2 provides a list of the Cisco UCS Invicta Scaling System GUI menu with an overview of each
menu window and the task that can be performed from them.

Component Description
Silicon Storage Router (SSR) Routes traffic to different SSNs and provides the
host with a unified storage system view.
Cisco UCS Invicta Scaling System supports two
SSRs
Silicon Storage Node (SSN) Storage nodes of either 3,6,12, or 24TB in density.
Cisco UCS Invicta Scaling System supports up to
6 SSNs.
