Troubleshooting
To clear the alarm, reset the unit.
7.6.72 ALARM 81, CSIV Corrupt
Cause
The CSIV file has syntax errors.
7.6.73 ALARM 82, CSIV Parameter Error
Cause
CSIV failed to initialize a parameter.
7.6.74 ALARM 88, Option Detection
Cause
A change in the option layout is detected. Parameter 14-89 Option Detection is set to [0] Frozen configuration and the option layout
has been changed.
Troubleshooting
To apply the change, enable option layout changes in parameter 14-89 Option Detection.
Alternatively, restore the correct option configuration.
7.6.75 ALARM 91, Analog Input 54 Wrong Settings
Troubleshooting
Set switch S202 in position OFF (voltage input) when a KTY sensor is connected to analog input terminal 54.
7.6.76 ALARM 92, No Flow
A no-flow condition has been detected in the system. Parameter 22-23 No-flow Function is set for alarm.
Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot the system.
Reset the drive when the fault is cleared.
7.6.77 ALARM 93, Dry Pump
A no-flow condition in the system with the drive operating at high speed may indicate a dry pump. Parameter 22-26 Dry Pump Func-
tion is set for alarm.

Troubleshoot the system.
Reset the drive when the fault is cleared.
7.6.78 ALARM 94, End of Curve
Feedback is lower than the set point. This may indicate a leakage in the system. Parameter 22-50 End of Curve Function is set for
alarm.

Troubleshoot the system.
Reset the drive when the fault is cleared.
7.6.79 ALARM 95, Broken Belt
Torque is below the torque level set for no load, indicating a broken belt. Parameter 22-60 Broken Belt Function is set for alarm.
Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot the system.
Reset the drive after the fault is cleared.
7.6.80 ALARM 96, Start Delayed
Motor start has been delayed due to short-cycle protection. Parameter 22-76 Interval between Starts is enabled.
