DIAGNOSING AND SOLVING PROBLEMS
z It is very important to distinguish normal and abnormal operation of the HPAC 2.0.
z Most common problems can be easily solved as suggested in this section.
z Any time an error code stays on the display after trying the possible solutions, you should contact our Customer
Support Call Center for assistance.
z For some errors, you may be able to continue to use the HPAC 2.0 until it’s repaired, without concern of
damaging the HPAC 2.0, while for other error codes, using the HPAC 2.0 can be dangerous and may void the
warranty. Use the chart on the next page to check the error code displayed on your HPAC 2.0 to determine
the correct course of action.
