Cleaning the paper feed rollers
Dirty paper feed rollers may cause paper jams or dirty printouts. Follow these steps to clean the paper
feed rollers.

Caution:
❏ Be careful not to get water onto the printer mechanism or electronic components.
❏ Do not spray the inside of the printer with lubricants; unsuitable lubricants can damage the
printer mechanism. Contact an Epson dealer if you think lubrication is needed.
1. Turn off the printer and attach the paper to the tractor unit.
2. Turn on the printer.
3. Press the Load/Eject button to feed the paper to the top-of-form position.
4. Press the Tear Off button to advance the perforation of the paper to the tear-off position.
5. Open the top cover.
