Printing and Cutting Positions
When the paper removal detector is disabled (no backfeed)
Due to slack in or variations of paper, the actual cutting position will differ from the values shown
below. Set the cutting position in consideration of the variations.
To prevent paper jams and to ensure print quality, it is recommended to feed the paper at least 1
mm after paper cutting.
To avoid paper jams when the printer is running under the operation environment, set the top
margin to 5 mm {0.2"} or more from the autocut position by backfeed. Paper jams may be more
likely to occur in hot and humid environments or when using paper that curls easily.
Printing position and cutting position will change according to the paper type and software
settings. (

The values are design center values for the location of the structure and are different from the top
margin values.
