Reliability varies depending on the paper used. For details, contact Epson sales company.
If paper dust or glue from roll paper accumulates inside the printer, it may cause poor printing,
erratic paper feeding or cutting, or paper jamming. It is recommended to clean the inside of the
printer periodically (about once every 6 months) or when it becomes noticeably dirty. For the
cleaning method, see
"Cleaning the Printer" on page 73.
If liner-free label paper is left in the printer for a long period of time, the liner-free label paper may
stick to the platen roller and paper jams may easily occur. If a paper jam occurs, perform the
specified cleaning.
If a paper jam occurs even after cleaning, replace the platen roller.
