•The WIFI signal strength
“MENU >> SETTINGS >> WIFI >> SIGNAL POWER DBM”
•the serial number of the device (required in order to pair the device to the app “Ferroli CRP”)
“MENU >> SETTINGS >> WIFI >> SERIAL”

Move to this symbol with the and buttons and press the button to access a screen where it is possible
to read the error code in progress.
From the code it is possible to attribute the cause of the fault to the heat pump (Codes EHxxx), the boiler (Codes
EBxxx), or a fault due to the connection with an RF device. In the latter case, the codes displayed will have the
“E0xyy” code, where:
x yy Error description
Number of zone concerned
01 temperature probe error
10 low battery level
30 Module offline
NOTE In case of alarms due to an RF device, in addition to the error code, the name of the relevant zone and
the description of the error will appear.
NOTE If more alarms occur at the same time, a message will appear on the scrollbar indicating the presence
of more faults in progress. In this case, by pressingor the
and buttons , it will be possible to
scroll the list of errors.
NOTE If the message “COMMUNICATION LOST” appears on the monitor, the error is due to communication
between the Connect CRP and the unit. In this case, check the MODBUS connection.
